Ok so I haven't posted a new recipe in a while and I haven't very simply because I haven't been cooking as many new things as I like. I haven't even been cooking as much as I like which is terrible and along with the exercise regime, and scrapbooking more often and writing more often I want to cook more often because I really do love it!
So Saturday Mike and I were feeling lazy and not much like going out and about so I went through a pile of recipes picked out a few and let Mike make the final decision - the winner was Buffalo-Chicken Macaroni and Cheese. You can find the recipe here. And boy this was most certainly a winner! It was beyond delicious and reheated really well! With all the cheese, sour cream and half and half it's not super low fat but it was worth it! I made a slight change I left out the celery because simply I don't like celery.

Where the hell do you find Japanese bread crumbs? Is that next to all the other bread crumbs?
Ruth - yep you sure can find Panko breadcrumbs with the rest of the breadcrumbs ours came in a box instead of a canister.
